Chelsea's of New York.comand DOLCE Ultralounge partnered on Friday, January 22, 2010, to host an A-list cocktail party and fashion show benefiting the American Heart Association. The evening of glamour and fashion was a success as they helped raise money for Heart Disease awareness and research.
Dolce provided hors d'oeuvres & dessert buffet and was followed by a silent auction and fashion show of cocktail dresses and evening gowns by Chelsea's of New York.com. Guest Emcee was Frank Murgia, one of of Pittsburgh's 50 Finest for 2009. Olivia Marshall, Chelsea's of New York National Model Search Winner for 2009, made a special guest appearance.
Red carpet photos were taken throughout the evening and can be found on event websites such as Pittsburgh Grapevine.com, WHIRL magazine and WPXI-TV's "See and Be Seen". The event was also streamed live during the evening by CitySceneLive.com with host Junior from "The Junior Show" and MAF TV.
Chelsea's of New York would like to thank everyone involved with "Pink with a Purpose". We plan to make this a yearly event for heart disease charities and hope to increase awareness of this important cause.
